Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are between you and VK Apps. The public pages at https://vthrones.com describe the shop and publish these legal terms so Meta can review the WhatsApp Cloud API business. Staff use of the signed-in billing app is also covered.

2. The service

Sri Vekkali Amman Xerox and Computers is a xerox, printing, scanning, EB bill payment, and small-services counter in Tiruchirappalli. Sri Vekkali Amman Xerox and Computers is the software used at that counter. WhatsApp is used to send invoices, receipts, and job updates — not as an unofficial WhatsApp Web scrape, and not as a marketing blast tool.

Pass-through amounts (for example an electricity board payment) are money paid onward for you. They are not shop revenue. Cash in the physical drawer is separate from UPI or card collections.

3. Public website

The website is provided so customers, Meta, and the public can see who we are, how to reach the shop, and how we handle data. Staff sign-in is only for authorised users. You must not attempt to access another person’s account or the API without permission.

4. WhatsApp messages

• By giving a WhatsApp number at the counter, or by messaging our business number, you ask us to use WhatsApp Cloud API for that conversation.
• You must be authorised to use that phone number.
• Message content must follow WhatsApp’s Commerce and Business policies. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Delivery depends on Meta, the mobile network, and the customer’s device. We are not liable if a message is delayed or not delivered.
• Template names and languages are configured by the shop. Unapproved templates will not be sent.

5. Staff accounts

Usernames are issued by the shop owner. Keep passwords secret. The owner may revoke access at any time. Completed invoices are immutable; corrections use reversal or adjustment documents, not silent edits.

6. Payments

Amounts due are those on the invoice generated by the shop. Online payments, if offered, are processed by Razorpay. The shop does not store card PAN, CVV, PIN, or OTP. Refunds follow the shop’s counter practice and the payment provider’s rules.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not probe, scan, or attack the website or API.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass staff authentication.
• Do not use the WhatsApp number for spam or for messages unrelated to the shop’s services.
• Do not copy the software or reverse engineer it except as Indian law allows.

8. Intellectual property

The Sri Vekkali Amman Xerox and Computers software, website design, and shop marks belong to VK Apps and/or the shop. You receive no licence except to use the public pages and, if you are staff, to use the app as provided.

9. Disclaimers

The website and software are provided as-is for running a small counter. We do not promise uninterrupted access. We are not your chartered accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer. EB and government submissions depend on the relevant portal being available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VK Apps and the shop are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for Meta or Razorpay outages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the website or WhatsApp integration is limited to the service charge actually paid to the shop for the related transaction, or one thousand rupees, whichever is higher.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at https://vthrones.com/terms. The date at the top of the page is the effective date. This version is dated 18 September 2026.
